Most of you, but not all (?) may know that I also blog at my wordpress website, www.beckylevine.com. I started this site/blog last fall, when I knew ( Read more... )

Becky, somehow I'm a bit sad. I'm not one who deals with change too well. But I know I'll be seeing you still, and am happy about that. Sounds like you put a lot of thought into this, and I hope it works out just the way you hope.

I know, I'm sad, too. But I just hope you (and others) come to the other blog. It'll be just like here, there, I hope. Only not yellow. :)

It does feel sad, but I'm definitely adding the feed to my friends page. Don't want to miss your blogs, wherever they are!

Thanks, Jama! That's what I'm hoping will happen. I keep telling myself it doesn't have to be sad--I'm just coming to you all through a different radio frequency. Or something like that. :)

Say it isn't so! I'll miss having you right here on LJ. But it's great that you'll have the new feed. As soon as I send this, I'll be adding it to my list.

You'll see me on LJ if you put me on your friends list, so it'll be like I never left. I think! :)

Yay! now I only need to read you in one place :)

I tried the dual blog thing for a while and couldn't do it. You have to go with the reasons you're doing the blog and make it work the best you can for you!

Oh, good, PJ. Now both our lives will be easier. Yeah, I tried the professional/marketing reasons, but I have to go with the who I am reasons, instead. :)

It took me a while to get there. I think the biggie was feeling like I had to restrict the kinds of posts I made, even if that was just at the one blog. I feel sad, then I tell myself, no, I'm just bringing the fun posts over and making that blog feel good again, at least for me. :)
