Aw... I like seeing Mai and her uncle interacting, and that Mai actually seems to like him, rather than the eye-rolling tolerance she gives to her parents. And the idea he's where she learned to be so good with knives.

Loved this. Little Mai finding an adult interesting/trustworthy enough to actually talk to isn't... sweet, exactly, but refreshing.

Is gardening a recommended relaxation activity for Fire Nation military types? Yon Rah was doing it too, and Iroh had gardening tools in his White Lotus tent :)
