I'm trying to figure that out myself. I have never gotten my Bohemian above 2, and I really want it to go to 5 so I can attend one of those wild decadent parties.
Me too. I managed to get it up to 3 through an Opportunities card, but I don't have enough Persuasive to be comfortable trying to chat with them at the carnival.
On the other hand, whenever I feel like expending a ticket there, I can raise my Connected: the Great Game a bit. I like that. ^_^
But, man, I want some connections to make use of some of these cool Opportunities cards. *woes!*
I've got lots of Persuasive, but only because I had to grind it in order to move forward on my current Ambition. ...And now I have to do the same for my Shadowy, argh. XD
