You get an AU I've been dabbling at with Puck: Ozai stole Yue as a gift for Ursa, so they had two daughters instead of just one.

When Arnook's lost daughter leaves the North, Hahn goes with her. He doesn't think about it (soulful blue eyes and moon-white hair, full lips and soft skin), doesn't think about where she's going ("my own father won't make them teach me how to waterbend, but Ozai did teach me to fight").

She's the princess, he's going with her. It's that simple.

Even when she puts on the maroon robes in preparation for audience with the Firelord, even when she presses the gold flame of a Fire Nation princess into her hair, it's that simple.

No, I've never written the rest. Got some idea of the history in my head, never had a story to hang around it that I wanted to tell, and never had an excuse to write dribs and drabs. Maybe I will in the future.

Oooh, that's very interesting. I take it she has returned to the Fire Nation after being brought back north? Hahn's devotion and Yue's determination are excellently played. If you ever do more with this, I'd love to read.

I really should do more with it, but I don't want to do it as a request-meme and I've yet to figure out a plot to hang a story around in this 'verse.
