Actually, that hint was dropped once before in a previous issue. It's the sort of thing that if they were constantly rubbing it in your face, though, the reader would start to wonder, 'Why the heck haven't the characters figured out yet?' So it's good it doesn't get mentioned often.

Oh wow. Nice to see Maxwell Lord again, even nicer to see a really good Diana story. She really is just plain amazing.
I'm going to take this moment to recommend her regular book. Gail Simone is on it, and she is awesome, and right now Wonder Woman is awesome, and seeing Wonder Woman written awesome is awesome, because she gets mishandled pretty bad at times. Seriously, I have a hard time thinking of a book she's done that I haven't enjoyed while she had it.

Optimus essentially has resigned and surrendered because he considers himself no longer fit to lead because he agreed to Hot Rod going on some rescue mission which, well, went bad.
Blackest Night has been interesting, but I think it is prone to Gorn a little too much. Though I love who gets the extra Orange Ring in #6. :D
