Awww your Scott <3's you too. I'm glad you have learned from this, that's the best thing that you can do. You really worked hard on writing this (I'd know!) and I hope you are proud of your efforts.

I am proud. *smiles* Running the event was definitely an experience worth doing, though given how small Jeongdao people there are out there, it's probably massively different from running something like Zutara Week or Kataang Week.

Interesting. I agree that most advertisement I'm not in any specific pairing communities so I don't know about these until too late.

I also liked how you provided two sets of prompts were you can mix and match. I think the only pair I looked at recently prompts for was Tokka and wasn't inspired by the one set of prompts.

#4 is true. I think that's why I only ended up writing two days for jeongdao.

It's really kind of weird to me how Avatar fandom does these ship weeks but doesn't really seem to advertise them any. It's like the people think if you're into the pairing at all to create for it, you'll be in the pairing-comm. It's kind of isolating, as newer fans of the show may not have found the pairing-comm yet, or people who might be interested in the prompts and pairing but aren't into the pairing enough to want the comm cluttering up their f-list.

Two sets of prompts was a great suggestion from suzukiblu, and I'll definitely be using it if/when I run another ship week.

#4 is why I like making the prompts known ahead of time. *grins*

Yes, I noticed you advertising for Kataang and Toko.

I'm curious if there was ore is going to be a Ursai week? Because the BEST canon pair needs some love. :)

Almost certainly, but definitely not until sometime in October/November (Oh god, time it so Halloween falls during it...). On the other hand, do you think now is the time to start talking about potential prompts?
