Lines to lurve:
The candles went out.

The still-strange Earth Kingdom trees rose all around, shading the edges. This part of the Earth Kingdom had mild summers, and the feel of sunlight on his skin made his blood spark and leap.

"A little tighter," Piandao said, hands squeezing against Jeong-Jeong's. "Live birds aren't quite as delicate as you seem to think."

And then everything from "your skin's heating up" straight through to the end. Holymother. o////o *turned PINK reading that* Also love Jeong-Jeong angsting over even freaking SUNLIGHT (wow, JJ, even COWBOY ZUZU never got that bad. XD) and Piandao being all practical and musing over basic training--really, I just love how you drew their characters in general. Emokitten!JJ and Zen!Piandao = <333. Such love.
