In celebration of the International Day of Femslash, I wrote some Katara/Toph fic.

Summary: Four years after the series, Toph and Katara shelter together while it rains outside. In the darkness, Toph makes Katara see her as she sees the waterbender.

I loved how you were so very aware of their surroundings, because that is exactly how Toph would see the world. The comparisons to each small detail that was "new" to Toph was just amazing. Great job here!

Thank you! Writing Toph is fun, because you really have to show the world differently from her point-of-view. I really enjoyed it, especially when I figured out rain would really mess with her tremor-sense.

Wow, this was hot. I love how the main mood is subtle and gentle and lazy (like, oh, falling rain, perhaps? XD) but there's this undercurrent of neediness that's very present but less emphasized than their closeness. Very lovely.
