I'd say economic impacts depends on the business, too, but she has a point. Part of being a good business owner means recognizing that good times don't last forever - and how to keep your business alive when it isn't thriving.

Part of being a good anything related to business or the economy means recognizing that good times don't last forever.

The Prime Minister, unfortunately, used to say he had eliminated boom and bust in Britain. :(
