Excellent illustation of what it can be like when sensation (or a person) can bypass everything and force experience on us without all the filters that we're so used to that for us they are experience-and that effect is created as much by the Doctor's appearance at the end as by the use of the sounding rod. Damn. All the same, your icon pretty much covers it.
