He says it's difficult to adapt. Then immediately says he thinks it's easy. Then followed it up by saying it could quickly go wrong.

There's a reason I no longer watch the channel, and it's only partly because the name now reminds me of syphilis.

They're going to take the basic idea of a vampire, werewolf and a ghost living in an apartment, probably sex it up some more, and forget the chemistry that makes it work.
