The shout-out to Tully was bittersweet. On the one hand, yay for continuity. On the other hand, he's dead! Sure, he and George didn't part on necessarily good terms, but we knew him. And now we'll never get to see further development in an older werewolf.
The suicide note by answering machine was heartbreaking. When we heard her leaving the message in a previous episode we didn't realize the extent of it. Hearing it in its entirety you could really feel like George did as he was hearing it.
Question: While the Door at the end was most likely made by the death of Lucy, why didn't we see her go through? Or was the door created entirely by Annie and the whole Lucy dying on the floor got neglected?
I was gripped. I thought all three of the main cast were outstanding - and so were the supporting cast. I hope Sinead Keenan becomes a fourth part of the equation properly in series 3. That scene between Mitchell and Lucy in the observation room was superb.
Do you think Kemp followed Lucy to the new house without her knowing, or was she complicit in him coming? I can't decide.
They had some nice shout outs throughout the series -- from big (Josie) to small (the hospital chaplain who saw the vampires last series and confronted Mitchell in this one) -- but the message from Tully seemed to have more punch because it came out of nowhere. I was fully expecting Mitchell to find them and they'd stumble upon one of the videos of a prior death
