Have discovered that if something *did* happen to me - the only one to miss me would be the cat. Worst case of cupboard love known to man, woman or beastie.
Have come to the conclusion that if there is a fourth series of Torchwood it will feature Captain Jack Harkness, possibly Gwen Cooper and a whole lot of red shirts. I don't care if they are all three-dimensional characters and one is a gorgeous man who has a *thing* with Jack... It's just going to be better on me to look at it that way.
The above has been swirling around the brain pan for a number of weeks. It was not inspired by these scans from the latest 'Torchwood' magazine (HONKING GREAT SPOILERS FOR 'CHILDREN OF EARTH'. Though the change in the sub-title of this lj was.
A bulletpoint list of things to cheer espcially after I've depressed everyone!:
John Barrowman and Kevin Kline singing 'Night and Day' from the film De-Lovely - terrible picture quality but the song is *beautiful* and the scene is well worth the DVD rental.
An astronomically correct 'Star Wars' t-shirt that I have to have.
I'm writing - though I don't know if that counts in the list of things to bring cheer - but I am. Not what is expected of me... but I am and I am pleased with that. I'll spill details when I actually *finish* the thing! Or at least one of them;)
