ok so this evening i was feeling all creative and hungry lol i decide what i really wanted was hashbrowns so i improvised and dredged up memories of ready steady cook and made a potato rosti- woo go me!!! which has completely reminded me how much i loved cooking made me realise that i can cook for myself and its actually fun... got to the point at
