Why does Spring Break always manage to be so stressful?

I was just driving in the car with my mom and sister. I told them about this asshole and they were actually defending him, even though they're on my side. They were like "Well, maybe he helped people out in some other way ( Read more... )

UGH. It's so stupid. "Well you must understand they have a right to be upset" or "if you just looked at it from a religious point of view you'd understand why" or some such.

And it's like, why do THEY have the fucking right to go "I don't like you and don't like your facts, so I can summarily reject them and be an asshole to you" but if someone even calls out that they're the ones doing that....then suddenly they're the asshole?

I don't get it anymore. "Get your fist out of my nose please" is somehow being an asshole, while we fight amongst ourselves???
