Okay, a lot of this is kind of old stuff because I've been writing this thing in progress for about a month now, while I worked on the crazypants project. But now that that's done, when I haven't been getting sucked back into games, I've been doing a bit of Arashi watching again. But pardon the incoherent nature of this entire post.

I keep meaning to! But then half the people who watched it loved it and the other half seem traumatized by it, so I keep putting it off!

(Also, I am up to Ryuusei no Kizuna ep 5 now! I'm waiting to gather my thoughts until I've seen the second half of the series, but it is getting more interesting so far!)

........I-- I am definitely going to be traumatized by this series and Takeru really does make kind of an awful girl, but. Channaka. I'll watch A LOT for him. And, also, it will make me LOL a whole lot to watch the two of them together again. (I think they were together in at least one other thing, weren't they?)

It's... it's sort of like Sho LIKES being everyone's bitch. Sure, he makes puppy faces at all of them, but some part of him clearly LIKES IT. Which just makes me love him more.

I swear Arashi has always had a great love of talking about their showers together, but... as;dlkfjasl;kjs Aiba/Nino showers on VSA? a;sldkfjal;kjs

I-- I know, I'm all over the place! But I have no idea where to start! With the subs or the raws? The raws are in those super pretty HD format which I loooove! But the smaller versions often have subs--! *TORN*

Japan has the best polls. I completely agree with Teppei being at #1, but there's clearly a bit of a bias going on with some of those choices. (Yamapi would not make that good a girl, and several members of K8 have proven they make excellent ones, for example.)

I think they should dress all of them up to prove the accuracy of the ranking. >.>

Though, I will grant some wiggle room in that it's not necessarily about who would make the best girl, but who you'd think you'd lose to if they were dressed up as a girl. And, really. That just makes the poll all that more awesome for it.

I think they should make it a yearly tradition to hold a contest to see who'd make the most awesome girl. >_>

I can almost imagine JE doing something like that. Since they stopped doing J-sports and even having everyone at Countdown, I think it's time they established some new annual traditions...

About Jun and Aiba (who, yes, are really gay for each other at the moment - though, actually, all of Arashi are, Nino and Ohno are normal, of course, but Sho's been showing a huge amount of interest in Ohno lately) - anyway, I've got my own theories:

1.) Nino decided to nudge Aiba into the direction of girly-crushing Jun, because a.) it's free entertainment for everyone else, b.) it brings in more money (all these fangirls) and c.) it keeps Jun and his sometimes-insistent-hands-and-he's-probably-not-doing-it-for-the-same-reasons-Nino's-doing-it-but-better-safe-than-sorry off Ohno (see Shukudaikun). Aiba was first a bit "but should I really go and offer sex to Jun? O.o", but Nino just stared at him and said "dude. sex. with someone you're together with twenty hours a day.", so Aiba proposed, and now he's happy and Jun's happy, but Sho's not happy, because he's the only one left to keep all that gay sparkling at bay, and we all know how good he is at that2.) The managers' have been

Jun... I'm sort of undecided on, because we've never seen him all glammed up properly in drag and I doubt he'd ever go for it, despite how much he likes pretty, sparkly things. Though, I have to say that there are times when he's dressed in normal clothes that he looks really girly and I-- I can believe that Japanese girls would feel like they would lose to Matsujun in drag. XDDD

I'm not sure what's brought on the overload of Aiba/Jun lately, since Jun's been crushing on Aiba since pretty much FOREVER, but I wouldn't put it past Nino to have had a hand in it because it's the only thing that'll get Jun away from Oh-chan, yes. XD

It's really tempted to start trying to analyze why all of a sudden, but we'll probably never know. I'm just going to enjoy it while it lasts. XDDDD

I've totally given up on analyzing, or even taking these guys seriously, because honestly, if I did, I'd have to seriously believe that Ohmiya are actually a couple, since their interaction (not their fanservice, but their normal, pointless interaction) just screams "married-couple". ^^"

So I'll just sit back and serenely watch their antics and fantasize what I like, without trying to get any "proof" of it. XD

(Which, incidentally, helps me to keep up my JunToshi fantasies too... ;P)

I don't know... do you remember those manips that were floating around (I think arashi@vox did them? iirc) of the guys done up as girls? I thought that Jun could potentially make a really gorgeous girl, but you'd have to get him to hold still for it and there's no way. You can barely get him in a skirt, much less makeup. XD

Well, with Ohmiya, I think you could believe that the two of them find it funny or are doing it just to mess with their fans because they find it amusing to themselves and, hell, I could even potentially buy that reasoning from Aiba. But trying to get that meaning from Jun? a;lsdkfja;sljk that's where I start tripping up and getting into the dangerous tinhat territory. XD

AHAHAHA, YES. Though, really, these guys need to stop having the same names, it gets confusing to figure out how to refer to them sometimes! I was SO CONFUSED about that Suzuki Hiroki on Greenwood vs Zukki for the longest time! And Nakamura Yuichi does the same thing sometimes. XD

Though, at least they have nicknames, I suppose. XD
