This is one of the things I wrote for blindfold_spn, for the prompt "Sam/Dean; Sam fucks transgender!Dean for the first time. Male-female or female-male idc." So, uh, Dean was born female. This is just porn. No, seriously. (I'm actually really uncomfortable with the idea of being trans as a sexual kink, but I kind of love it as a plot kink for the Winchesters.
