Precocious Infant Apparation Syndrome-Illustrations

Jun 29, 2006 23:39

To illustrate my drabble of a few days back, I played with my coloured pencils and came up with these. Just about the most G-rated art I've made in the last five years. They took at least ten times as long as the drabble, which is here. So now I bring you, sort of Goofus-and-Galliant-style:

I had so much fun colouring Weasley hair. It takes so many different colours!

Harry's stuck on a roof and he doesn't know how he got there. It's distressing. I think the reason he looks older than Ron is that the figure is bigger and has more detail (like the definition in his face). It was hard getting the Weasley kids to look like themselves since the picture's pretty small.

*hopes Neville is not being dropped out a window by a well-meaning but somewhat violent uncle*

Thank you! I haven't done it in a long time, and I know I used to be a lot worse than this.

Where are you going to be in mid-to-late August?

These are the cute. I loved Gofus and Gallient; have not heard those names in a while. It totally looks like something Mrs. W. would do! But, Harry does look v. depressed..did he apparate, um, someplace he shouldn't have?
