X-Men: Days of Future Past & Godzilla

I had Friday off work, so I decided to celebrate by seeing a movie Thursday evening. X-Men: Days of Future Past (to be henceforth referred to as XMDOFP because good grief) was showing later than I wanted to be out that evening, but there was a Godzilla showing at 6 PM. Then my plan was to see XMDOFP early Friday morning and then Belle after that.

I am choosing to pretend that this movie wipes all of Last Stand out of existence, because YES. However I am still mystified about Charles' appearance. *goes to Google answers*

And I too loved the end of Charles' paternalistic control freakishness. Give a woman her own destiny and let her choose. It worked out well.. :)

Not just Last Stand, but probably parts of X2 as well, which I wouldn't mind even though I liked X2 considerably more than X3.

And clearly Charles and Erik need someone more sensible around to get things done.
