1. I got a 4.0 for my Spring Semester. I've never done that before in my entire life. I'm still in shock. I may need a blanket.

2. Benedict Cumberbatch in Star Trek Into Darkness. I actually went to the midnight premiere. I've never done that before. It was totally worth it! I loved the movie sooo much, and want to see it again!!

Thanks! I mean I'm only going part time so it was only two classes, but I've never managed to string two A's together. Hell, I didn't get all of the little homework assignments done for the American Sign Language class. I was just hoping to pass it. I never expected the A. I knew I was getting an A for the theater course, but getting one for the ASL course too... O.O

I'm glad you liked ST. I'm going tomorrow afternoon, but all the Trekkies I've seen review are bitching about Cumberbatch. And with as much as they're bitching about his character, I have a good idea who he actually IS. And if it's the truth, who CARES? It's a freaking alternate timeline - not every single detail will be the same. Otherwise, it wouldn't be a freaking alternate timeline.

Ugh! Seriously? I'd say I was not only a Trekkie, but a second generation Trekkie. My parents watched the original series religiously when it originally aired. I've made Top Five lists for my favorite episodes of Star Trek: The Original Series, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. I've stood in the same room as Leonard Nimoy. Suppose I fail because a) Deep Space Nine was my favorite series, and b) I didn't pay what I thought was an outrageous amount for Leonard Nimoy's autograph.

And with as much as they're bitching about his character, I have a good idea who he actually IS.
