I got some great advice years ago. Have a few drinks before you get on the plane. It gets me very relaxed.

We got you through Leeds, and chicago last year. We'll get you through this. It'll be fine. I'll be there when you get there. We have an awesome room, good guests, lots of time to do whatever and you'll be fine. I can bring booze, but you don't drink. :)
