So ... is it RTD or the BBC in general he means here? I still haven't read this article yet. I will later tonight, tho, now.

Chris doesn't name names, but given that a) it's a BBC News article, and b) it starts off with them mention "Eccleston, who is about to star in BBC Four biopic Lennon Naked," it doesn't seem like he's talking about the BBC in general. ;)
