After trying everything I can to avoid paying the dentist $300-600 for a dental night guard, I have found that the best thing is just to go to the sporting goods store, and get an athletic mouth guard.  $2.00.  That's it!!  Works wonders.

I went today to measure and take pics, and I think it is gonna work out just fine.  From lying in my bed, I have an ocean view, so I can't get much better than that.
