I love this update about your marriage. Loving less the struggles with getting pregnant. I recently learned, in a bizarre, unexpected twist, that it might be difficult for me to get pregnant as a result of a genetic abnormality my partner is a carrier for. We haven't started trying yet, but already I've been trying to process the news. If you keep having difficulty, that might be something to look into (since it wouldn't show up in the standard sperm-count tests and such).

Anyway, I love your updates (as always) and am rooting for you! From the internet!

Thanks girlfriend. I'm sorry to hear that news :( what's the genetic abnormality? They did want to do genetic testing on both of us, but our insurance doesn't cover it so we opted out. Now I'm wondering if we should suck it up and pay, just to cover all our bases?

So interesting. I am also hypoglycemic (fasting blood sugar is in the 30's -- which they teach in nursing school is low enough to go in to coma!)

I hope that this medication helps. I have been wondering how your journey has been going. You will be an amazing mother one day and I've always thought that about you. Keep me updated if you are willing to talk about it. <3 xoxo
