No, no award for Dr. Linnell, but he gets this mention in their newsletter today:

Have you read the "Thinking about Thinking etc" paper? I glanced at it once but couldn't really follow it. Do you think it's good? One thing is for sure, he knew how to come up with an attention-grabbing title.

From my limited knowledge, Zenos' paper is on the original "Thinking About Thinking," which was written by someone else. Hence the thinking about it.
