Day 10

Jun 12, 2008 22:09

Okay, I'm pretty sure that it's day ten... anyway, now everything's going to be arbitrarily so many days away from today, which is now "Day 10" of my trip... even if it isn't. What is reality, anyway...? D:

Last night, I saw a wild rat for the first time. I was walking back to my dorm, searching in my purse for my keys (and, incidentally, thinking ( Read more... )

Wow, you seem to be having a fantastic time. I am quite jelous, I hope you know. :) Anyway, I think you mentioned in one of your previous posts French comic books? I would totally like one for the novelty. Pretty much anything I would like for the novelty. If you end up spending way too much, I'll pay you back, but I totally want like, one of everything ever. Jk.

Also, I totally woke up this morning with an awesome idea for Rise of the Jinchuuriki, concerning Team 7's bell test with Kakashi. I ending up writing it out, and it's like, 1200 words. That's right, over a thousand words. So I'll have to e-mail it to you. Which one are you using? If you'd prefer not to write while in France, that's cool too, and I'll just tell you about it when you get back.

Hope you have a fun time!

I shall definitely have to acquire some French comic books for you, in addition to incredibly chic (and cheap) French scarves. :3

You have an idea for RotJ? That you wrote out? Please send it to me! (boots_me@hotmail.com) I may not use it, or use it in it's entirety, but... I would love to read it.

*flails* Rats. Hate the things. (But mice are cute. XD)

...Is it spelt "Bruges" or "Brugges"? I've seen it both ways. But anyways, the city sounds completely awesome - will you get another chance to go back and explore more sometime?

I'm... actually not sure how it's spelt. ;) I've also seen it both ways. I believe that "Bruges" is the French way, and "Brugges" is the Flemish way... although I could just be making stuff up. ;)

I really hope to go for a day trip on one of the weekends back there! ... That, or we shall just have to go to Europe next summer together, my dear, and I can show you around Northern Europe. :3

I only have so much time in the morning to check e-mail! ;_; I only spend like half an hour a day online, now. I totally did get to your message! ... eventually. D:

VACATION IN FRANCE anonymous June 14 2008, 20:07:55 UTC
Boots,
I am happy to read that you are having a good time and getting around to see a few places. I have visited Bruges, traveling from Bruxelles, and it was a fascinating city. The day I visited it was pouring with rain, but we still had a good look around. I cannot wait to see your hundreds of pictures of roofs.

Happy father's day, dad! :D I shall certainly show you my hundreds of photos, upon my return... Perhaps I shall even post a few here! Anyway, what would you like as a souvenir from France? (Or Bruxelles, even?) Please don't argue that "oh, I don't need one" because I really want to get you something. :3
