Umn. What about Neil Gaiman? (I just bought Stardust today! :) Which I'm going to be itching to read until I finish A Game of Thrones, at which point I will read it. XD)

Umn, I'm really not entirely sure yet. 50 pages out of 800 really isn't enough to get an idea of the main plot. The story skips around, with each chapter focussing on a different character, so it takes even longer to get into some things... XD
