Karen pretending she doesn't know what Andy's talking about; Angela trying not to call her sister; Kim got killed and Fran found religion; Dwight's "eff" and Angela not saying a word as she got out of the car being 'back to normal'; Philly cheese-steaks pinching Michael; Toby waiting till he gets home to hide the evidence of his tears.
