I really need to scream!

UPS lost my package, okay this happens, right? This isn't the first time, but it's the last time I'll even willingly use UPS when I buy anything!

The tracking said it twas delivered to my FRONT DOOR. I live in an apartment - what door? The front door to the apt building is on the street. My  door - I never got the package!

I'm so sorry and do sympathize. This has happened to me more than once. Neither UPS nor the seller will accept responsibility for UPS leaving a pacakge at the door. The seller says to pay more to get the in-your-hands service, but where's that option on the item checkout page?

And the newest thing is that sometimes deliveries are supposed to be by UPS, but it actually get delivered by the U.S. Postal Service, which has its own problems. I'm in an apartment building, too. We have four large, locked boxes for USPS to use for packages. But sometimes the carrier is lazy and just leaves pacakges on the floor or on top of the letter boxes. Surprise, surprise, someone always steals it. And then USPS says the *seller* has to file a complaint, not the person who was supposed to receive the package.

Who thinks up these rules? Our customer service economy is realled blanked up, and no one takes responsibility.

If you persist with the seller, you may at least get a refund. Keep fighting, and good luck.
