2. I used those before, but I have sensitive skin. Do you generally use wipes to take off your make-up? They felt pretty normal to me. I would even think that they are more gentle and with that decrease your chance of breaking out. It's not like wipes have the same effect as moisturizer anyway. Just rinse your face with water after using them.

If by "under the skin" you mean cystic acne, no spot treatment is going to do much.

no, those bumps are not cystic acne..sort of like flat bumps that never come to a head. you can squeeze them but i prefer not to do that...not sure of how to get rid of them.

In that case, I'd try a small amount of spot treatment. If your skin is dry, use mositurizer. But don't use it at the same time/right in a row as the spot treatment. Like use moisturizer in the morning, then treatment at night.
