Missing items from avon order

Has anyone ever had a problem ordering from the Avon website, without a representative? I ordered from them for the first time last week and got my package today. I ordered ANEW Clinical eye lift, MagiX face perfecter, and ANEW luminosity ultra advanced skin brightener ( Read more... )

I assume THEY cant just assume youre lying, they'll look into and they can pull up your order and see what you did order. I would call as soon as possible though.

I actually sell Avon and all my dealings with them have been VERY GOOD. For instance, I got something I didn't order (something expensive) and instead of making me send it back they told me to keep it. I didn't get something else a few months later and they overnighted it. Don't worry about it, just give them a call :)

Avon is a good company. In fact their return form states that you may not even need to return an item because you hated it, so that tells me they take their customers seriously. Just call them and see what they say. They will verify your order, see what you were charged for, and probably send you the item you're missing.

Did you check your invoice? Sometimes when I order stuff (from any company, online or from a catalog) and something is missing when I receive it, it will say on the invoice that the item is back ordered.

My experiences with ordering from the Avon website (w/o a rep) have been positive.

I order from Avon online all the time, and every now and again I have a missing item. Just call the 800-number on the invoice, tell them your item is missing, and they'll mail it to you, no questions asked. Their customer service is AMAZING.
