Help me out pleeeasee!!

I usually don't do these type of posts but hey.

I have a few questions:

1. What do you think my face shape is?
2. My skin tone? (I know it's a crappy picture, but I don't have my camera, so macbook photos I guess will have to do)
3. Right now my hair is hilighted, naturally my hair is a dark, ashy brown which I despise. So I either want to hilight it ( Read more... )

tips, face shape

4. Not completely sure what you mean, do you want them to part differently? If that's the case, take a shower, and secure your bangs with bobby pins wherever you want them to lay, and hairspray if needed. Leave your hair like this all night. Usually it'll take a couple days to completely train your hair, so do this for as many nights as it takes. Clip them up or something during the day while you're making the transition.

Or if you want them to be more "swoopy"...it's actually pretty similar to my first suggestion. While your hair's wet pin your bangs how you want them to be. Then blowdry on a low setting (with the pins still in) when they're almost dry. I find that you need to pin them with a little extra swoop, haha, something like this...

Haha, glad to assist :] my hair's way thin and they always stay, you should be fine.

I do agree though, blunt bangs would look GREAT on you.

why don't you just get blunt straight across bangs? you would look amazing with that and dark brown hair. seriously. something like this would really make your features pop. and you have great eyes, so i would do a really simple cat eye with liquid eyeliner. and for more of a day look, just tone it down by drawing a thinner line that doesn't extend as far.

and black/dark brown hair looks amazing against pale skin! anyone who tells you otherwise is an idiot.

1. Primarily oval with angular diamond. You can pull off any cut, I strongly recommend straight-across bangs with a blunt style. My strongest recommendation, however, is to buy an eyebrow pencil and define your eyebrows.

1. What do you think my face shape is? oval, but slightly angular
2. My skin tone? (I know it's a crappy picture, but I don't have my camera, so macbook photos I guess will have to do) Do you mean warm or cool? From those pics (and they may be deceiving) I would guess warm. You're also kind of fair? it's hard to tell from those pics, sorry.
3. Right now my hair is hilighted, naturally my hair is a dark, ashy brown which I despise. So I either want to hilight it again, or I was thinking about going a dark, dark, almost black, brown. I'm just worried that since I'm pretty pale it'll not look good. What do you guys think? I vote for a nice, rich, chocolately brown. I wouldn't go black b/c it can sometimes be a little harsh. plus, when I dye my hair almost black or black, any imperfections seem to stand out. Anyway, a nice warm brown I think would look really pretty on you.
4. I need bangs because I have a huggee forehead, but it seems like my hair just doesn't agree. it never wants to swoop my bangs any further than starting like ( ... )
