i bought self tanning lotion and i was wondering how you girls get all of your back. is there a certain technique or did you have to get someone to help you?

I'm pretty flexible so I can reach the majority of my back, thankfully. But if I happen to miss a spot or two I just ask my boyfriend to lend a hand; he never refuses.

I read somewhere recently (maybe in a magazine?) the suggestion that you apply some tanner to a sheet of plastic wrap, grab with both hands and use a back and forth motion to apply it your back. I have not tried that, but it sounds crazy enough to possibly work.

I would imagine that technique would leave your back incredibly streaky. Interesting suggestion though.

OP- I usually ask my boyfriend the get the spots I can't reach.
