Best deep conditioning treatment for hair? Preferably something that I can buy in Sephora, and preferably cones-free as my hair doesn't respond well to cones.

When I don't have anything around, I'll mash up an avocado and put it on my hair (yay for food processor as a wedding gift - it damn near liquefies that shit), and sit around for a half an hour. That said, I also love Ojon's Restorative Hair Treatment (I look at Sephora and it's cone free : http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P93511&shouldPaginate=true&categoryId=5787#moreInfo) and Carol's Daughter Tui Hair Oil. Honey will lighten your hair because it is a base. Warm it up in the microwave first.

The best deep conditioning treatments for me with very few unnatural ingredients? Avocado pureed with bananas. Yogurt mixed with aloe vera. Pumpkin pureed with avocado/banana/pretty much anything with fats. Olive oil or almond oil, lightly heated in a microwave and applied to the hair. Honey heated lightly in the microwave and added to anything. When we have an abundance of natural products that do a good job, I don't see why you'd need something from Sephora.
