lip/cheek stain

want to try a lip/cheek stain. The question is, how difficult is it to use? Ive read that using a gel stain is more forgiving but is it lighter in colour than a liquid stain? Also any recommends would be nice.

i LOVE the benetint one.. but i only use it on my lips..

i can never get it to work on my cheeks, but it turns out nicely if i don't over-saturate it on my lips

I use one by the Body Shop, and I really like it :) I use it on both my cheeks and lips! It's a gel, I think. Not sure what to call it, but it's really easy to use - you just put a little blob on there, and then blend with your finger!

i don't find them very hard to use at all.

I got some from Revlon not too long ago. The lip stain was more of a liquid, and the blush was a gel. I like the blush because it is subtle, but really compliments.
