This site is a little tricky, but it gives a good 20's make-up

Click on "visit the make-up gallery", then "iconic beauty" on the bottom tabs after skipping the intro. Then run your mouse over to the right with the girl infront of a blue background and look for the "smouldering 20s" tutorial. Annoying website but great make-up.
