Where can I find those short, puffy coats? I don't know exactly how to describe them so I'm not sure if you'll understand what I mean.. lol I just see everyone wearing them and I want one. And they usually have a hood that's furry. I'd prefer something that's not too expensive.

Yeah, those jackets really are everywhere.

I specifically remember seeing quite a few different brands at Burlington Coat Factory... I know that Baby Phat was one of them and I'm almost positive JLo had some too.
