I would pair it with pearly-white or beige flats and a string of small pearls.
Maybe a wide-ish pearl bracelet. Sort of similar to this.

Metallics - silver or gold would be attractive, in my opinion, as would a pale taupe or pearl-tones. A bracelet or hair piece that matched the shoes could pull the outfit together. Items like:

Silver heels and a silver cuff

or

Ecru wedges and a spiked headband (if you feel edgy) or Retro pearl earrings (if you're feeling a little less edgy)

or

Gold flats and golden hair pins

Silver or nude. Nude shoes makes legs look long especially if the heel is high. I prefer to wear heels in the 5 to 6 inch range. But your dress could work with an open toe shoe, pump, or even a kitten heel depending on what you like. Silver glitter platform pumps would be my choice
