Foundation Advice & Eyeshadow Question

Hey everyone, what shade would I be in Revlon Colorstay Foundation, and on the MAC Color Chart? Also, do I have cool tones, warm tones, or neutral tones? ( Pic of my face )

You look cool-toned in the second pic, but the easiest way to figure out which you are is to look at your veins: if they look greenish, you're warm toned; if they're bluish, you're cool tones; if you have both green and blue veins, you're neutral.

You also look like you could be an Ivory in Colorstay (which is a bit on the pink side, so definitely more suited for cool tones; warm tones look better in yellow-toned foundation), or perhaps a shade darker. I couldn't tell you about MAC, though.

My favorite eyeshadows are also Colorstay, which last forever. I like the Almay ones that are designed by eye color, too. Wet 'n' Wild also has some good ones.

If you have pink undertones then you're cool toned and if you have yellow or beige undertones you're warm toned. It's hard to tell from the pictures you posted since in the one in natural light you look warm and in the second one you look pinkish. Can you take a clearer picture of your face and neck without foundation on in natural (sunlight) light? Also, personally I find the vein test to be inaccurate.

In ColorStay you'd probably wear Ivory (cool) or Buff (warmer). In MAC 15 or 20 NC (warm) or NW (cool).

My favorite eyeshadow brands are Urban Decay, Bobbi Brown, Fyrinnae, Burberry, and Wet n' Wild.

Like the above mentioned, it's hard to tell from pictures your undertones but there are little things you can do. I think comparing jewelry to your skintone is the easiest (gold->warm tones, silver->opposite). I wrote a post about it on my site, maybe it'll help a bit! http://www.filosophie.net/2012/05/under-your-tones-finding-perfect-red.html
