I am of the mind that you don't wear a black dress to a wedding. However, I'm always told that that's now old-fashioned etiquette and it's fine in many/most circles.
I do think that length is totally fine for a morning wedding.
You should be able to take dressing cues from the invitation- is it formal and scripted, or more casual and fun? Is the ceremony in a church, or somewhere else?
It seems like it's totally wedding appropriate. I'd add some accessories - maybe a cute scarf, some chunky jewelry. There's no need to buy anything new, just work with what you have. Even if you just showed up in the dress and the gold shoes no one would think twice.
I would recommend wearing either some stockings or a cardigan/wrap with it, just for a bit of modesty. It's a nice dress, by the way! Oh also, the black shoes in the middle would suit best, although it would be good to invest in some closed-toe shoes if you're going to be wearing stockings (maybe some heels, even?)
I wouldn't wear black to a wedding (it looks like you are mourning the pairing.) If you insist on wearing that dress, get a bright jacket/shrug/topper of some sort and a bright belt and bright shoes. That way you take eyes away from the black.
