Depends how much you want to pay. Shoes of Prey (www.shoesofprey.com.au) lets you design your own shoe and will make it up for you. Quality is great, as is the customer service.
I just got this pair of cream colored oxfords last week: http://www.6pm.com/b-o-c-okeefe-ivory and I completely love them. They have a little bit of design on the top, but it's comparable to the detailing on most men's wingtips and oxfords. I know the color is a little bold but I am sooo happy with these shoes that I *had* to share :)
Have you tried a tux shop? They do little boy's tuxes, and will have a wide range of shoes. While generally shops rent, many will also sell if you find a pair that works for you.
Those are my favorite shoes that I own. I've worn them casually and to job interviews. They're ridiculously comfortable and (I think) cute. They fit a little narrow, so they need to be broken in. I have them in the red-brown and yes, they're patent leather, but I'm not sure if they constitute excessive patent leather. They're just shiny, but I wouldn't say they look tacky or anything.
