I know I already made a post about makeup for sensitive skin but i felt like I should mention this problem too because maybe I could get some advice on what to do.
Did you complain about your stomach symptoms to your doctor prior to your vacation?
Because that is a really long time to be on antibiotics which isn't good for your stomach and can lead to even more issues (especially Clostridium difficile also known as C. diff)
You're symptoms honestly sound a lot like the signs of C. diff but I am only a Microbiology student so I can't say for sure that it what it is but it would be something to bring up to your doctor after being on antibiotics for that long.
Honestly, I would speak to a professional as soon as possible...
This really is a problem that a doctor should address.
In the meantime though, look into probiotics. You can get acidophilus pills, or kefir, miso, or any number of fermented foods that have live cultures. Miso soup is great for an upset stomach, it's got some protein and if you mix it cool enough it'll keep the good bacteria alive.
As far as re-introducing foods, I'd look into elimination diets as they will generally list very mild, easy to digest foods. Grilled chicken and rice are good safe places to start. naturalliving has questions about antibiotics and re-regulating digestion pretty frequently, check their memories for suggestions.
Again however, a doctor is a really good idea, if you don't like what yours is telling you, call a consulting nurse hotline if you can, or find a nutritionist or naturopath to help.
Reiterating what others have said, this sounds like an issue a doctor will need to help you with, as it is medical advice and none of us here are qualified to give you thorough medical advice over the Internet.
It could be that since you were off regular food for so long your body is having a hard time readjusting. Have you tried taking probiotics? Ask your doc about them, they did wonders for my digestive issues.
Also, as a mod note, please add a descriptive title to this post (and all future posts). Thanks.
