Naked vs. Naked 2

I really want to buy either the Naked or the Naked 2 palette from Urban Decay, but I can't decide on which one to get! I've looked up reviews online for  both, and they both have equally great reviews. I'm so torn. I feel like with the Naked 2 you can mix and match the colors more, but the Naked has Virgin and Sin, which I've seen used in a lot of ( Read more... )

I prefer the original Naked palette. I love Naked2 as well, but I just wish it had a color that I could use for my brows (I use Naked from the original palette, I have light brown/dark blonde brows). I recently went on vacation though and couldn't choose so I just brought them both, lol. I use one or the other every single day. This doesn't matter quite so much, but I do prefer the packaging of Naked2. The original Naked palette gets dirty pretty easily and I love the hard case of Naked2. I think no matter which one you buy it's still a great investment. You can do so many looks from both palettes and they're such great quality.

I have both. I love both. I'm no help. LOL

All I can say is that Naked leans more towards warmer colors and Naked2 leans towards cooler colors. I hope that helps.

I have the Naked 2 palette, and I love it so much. Having said that, all but two of the colours are shimmery, so if you'd like a few more matte shades, I'd lean towards the original palette.

I recently purchased Naked & had the same dilemma, cause I liked the colors in both. I planned to eventually purchase Naked2 a well, but really, Naked itself has too many shimmery shades, & I struggle to use just this one palette because of it. So unless you love the shimmer, I'd keep that in mind.
