I feel like I'm at the end of my rope at trying to find a good pair of jeans. I'm a size 00 Short, and most stores around here only sell them online. have you tried abercrombie and fitch's jeans? I'm having the same problem with the waist thing but baggy around my butt area.

I have really short legs with a small waist and um, larger ass. TBH I would advise giving up on finding something that matches your length -- just worry about fitting around the hip/waist area and then get the pants legs hemmed (at an average tailors', that will prob be around $10-15). Shopping for pants has become SO much easier since I started doing that.

(also, exchange the pair you have right now...no matter how you fiddle, it's not going to stop being /that/ baggy. Even if they shrink a bit in the wash, if you wear them a bit they'll bag up again.)
