Halloween make up

I need to start buying my Halloween makeup. I'm going to walk around Salem (MA) with my friend on Wednesday and buy some stuff then, but I don't know if I should get some super light drugstore makeup or Ben Nye's Clown White. I'm pretty skeptical about both since I have ultra sensitive skin (haven't found a foundation that didn't make me break out

Have you tried using cornstarch as a dusting powder? Might make you paler without breaking you out.

And for red lipliner I've been using wet and wild for years. It stays put and it's a dollar, can't go too wrong there.
