Are the ultra the same material as the regular? I used biore strips when they first came out (back in the day) and it was a paper material that really stuck and worked so well. But then they switched to their cloth-like material and it sucks so bad...

I use the biore strips after I shower to make sure my pores are open, and then use a cleansing masque with clay to deeply exfoliate.

have you tried oil cleansing? I have super-duper oily skin, but this really works

That sounds really interesting. :D Would vegetable oil work? That's all I have, of course... Bleh. But it really reduces the oils?

I can't personally vouch for this method since I have yet to try it out, but maybe it's worth a try?

I saw a youtube where the woman spread a very thin layer of non-toxic (very important) children's glue on her nose and it apparently worked great. I've been tempted to try it. No need for a strip, either - you just let it dry and peel.
