-If i don't get the scholarship, I live with relatives or friends off campus to save money

THE FORMAN FAMILY LIVES OFF CAMPUS! LIKE FIVE MINUTES OFF CAMPUS! AND, WE HAVE AN EXTRA ROOM!

My parents would LOVE it if you came to stay with us-they love you, they'd love the help, the company.. the FUN! Plus, Gaylie and I love you beyond belief.
Remember that we do live here... if you need us, we'll work something out.
ps. I'm so happy for you. I think a trip to Eat 'N Park with the fab four is in order, eh?

Congratulations... I am so happy for you. And so amazed that you actually got Daddy to agree to different conditions than total rejection... as you know I went through kind of the same thing five years ago (although I didn't really have anything else in mind-- for me it was the principal of the matter!) and I am so happy that this came out differently for you. I knew that Pitt would give you at least the same scholarship next year... hehehe... although maybe the selling point for Daddy was that you might actually get more money from them after coming back! (Seriously, how many incoming freshman can say they had just lived independently for a year in Jerusalem??) Anyway, I could go on, but good luck and call me some time to hang out!! (After Hebrew school on Tuesday?)

Guess who

By the way, the e-mail address you needed is tgur@ajlpittsburgh.org

by the way, are you saying that you would finish college in under four years even with a full-tuition scholarship?? That's weird... but I guess still worth it.

you should see the cost benefit analysis he wrote up. it was hilarious.

like, "negative 10,000: might go to israel and not want to go to college afterwards"

MAI I LOVE YOU!!!

I'm ready to send out the funding letters now.. i wrote up two new really good ones, one for rodef, one for general people.. i think i'll write one for relatives too, etc.

we'll talk more for sure, now i need to go sleep before the tournament tomorrow.

lol.... I can picture it now. Ah the joys of having an economics teacher for a father.... :)

I love you too!!! I will miss you next year. Maybe I'll have to fanangle some kind of free trip to Israel over the course of the next year to visit you... but that said we should really really spend quality time together some time soon. We'll figure it out.

GOOD LUCK AT THE TOURNAMENT!! MAKE THE MUSTANGS PROUD!! OOF OOF! (Yes, I know you will get this message only AFTER the tournament..)

Mai
