So I'm trying to write an essay on what I've done with my life in the last 5 years. Well, the problem is that I have no idea what to write about. I mean, I've done a lot. I also have managed to feel like despite it all, I haven't gotten very far in life. How can you write an essay trying to impress people when you don't even impress yourself? Idk.

Make shit up? lol. I know what you mean... Maybe just embellish the highlights of your resume. Pretend you're writing as someone else writing about you (if that makes sense?). Anyway, hope you're doing well otherwise! :)

hey thanks! i am doing well. writing as someone writing about me is a good idea. and yes shit probably will be made up a little. or at least truth stretched. hope things are well for you too!

good!! :) eh, i'm getting there (i hope?). now that i finally have a degree there's pretty much nothing i can do with it cuz of the friggin economy. not cool, lol. not cool at all. =P

I totally understand that! I got laid off almost a year ago and haven't been able to get a job since. Not even at Target!
