It's heartbreaking to watch Sammy struggle like this.
At least he has Dean and we know he will do everything he can to help and support his little brother.
I'm sure their devotion to each other will be a source of strength for them. *hugs the pretties* :)

Poor Sammy! It's real two steps forward one step back for him isn't it? I love the way how Dean was willing to sacrifice himself but I really do hope that Sam is not goint to try and cold turkey this, it will not work. Hell, I've got a bad feeling about this... Chapter 5 here I come!
