I tried this and it makes a cool lens-flare kind of effect, in lots of colors, and it moves.

On any Facebook screen press: up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, "b", "a", ENTER. -- Then start typing in any text box or scroll up and down the page! (Refresh the page to cancel the effect)

Ha, as soon as I saw that code I remembered using it as a kid, but couldn't remember for what game. So I googled the words and found the following -

A band with that name: http://www.last.fm/music/Up+Up+Down+Down+Left+Right+Left+Right+B+A+Start

The answer I was actually looking for is that it was the Konami code - a page with the full list of games is here: http://www.1up.com/do/feature?cId=3108751&did=1
And then I finally remembered where I used it - TMNT: The Fall of the Foot Clan.

Really, the only thing I can add to this is that which sarianna said below about The Moldy Peaches song, "Anyone Else But You," which contains the lyric, "Up up down down left right left right B A start, just because we use cheats doesn't mean we're not smart."
